Everything was good overall. Great location close to the beach. Cleanliness was okay, though some small details could use a bit of maintenance. The only minor downside was the very small bathroom sink. Still, I would definitely come back.

Excellent Stay, The place we expected to stay is accomplished. Quiet, clean, very organised, and the staff are very attentive and friendly when we needed,(quick response) Were staying again for this accomodation for our family next holiday. And we highly recommended this place to other people/friends.

Extremely bad. The hygiene and accommodations are appalling. Do NOT choose this RV campsite! The doors and windows were covered in dust, the screens were blackened, the toilet was stained with urine, and there was blood on the pillow—it was red! Don't they ever wash or change the bedding?! It's old, worn, and filthy! I changed hotels overnight, and when I complained, they replied that there was nothing wrong with the room. This hotel will never improve; it will only get dirtier and worse!

The best thing about this hotel is that it has a water park and a swimming pool with the same temperature as a hot spring. There is no free shuttle bus to the airport, but the good news is that you can drive to the airport to return your car.

Bathroom walls were full of mould. We were there 5 nights & the Black Dolphin didn’t come & give fresh towels or clean the room or take garbage once. The games room is from the 1970s. The spa was empty. The pool was just “ok”. Very dated & musty. Dishes had to be done in the bathroom sink beside toilet. Wifi was useless. Won’t return.

Pool water or pool tiles green Beds very uncomfortable springs poking in your back bathrooms not taken care of with paint peeling shower pipes making ALOT of noise Provided shampoo and conditioner is refilled with cheap what seems like body wash Toilet paper provided feels like 1/2 ply ride of bike/trike for the kids to hire $15 for a couple hours knives are like spoons
