Perfect for a road trip! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the beach. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and dedicated. The 3rd floor has a pool and outdoor BBQ grills, and the equipment is all very new.

Overall, it was very good – spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A couple of downsides: the second-floor parking lot is quite narrow, so larger vehicles need to be driven carefully. The gas stove seemed to have a problem. Also, the pre-check-in instructions were a bit cumbersome; it would have been easier to just email them directly to guests. I never received a reply to my emails to the hotel and ultimately had to call to find out how to check in, which was quite difficult for tourists not fluent in English.

Best part is the free parking space, and it’s very conveniently located near the pacific fair shopping mall. Cleanliness can be improved. There’s some stain on their linen. Their front desk is only open on weekday. So if you check in on weekday, it’s easier and you can get extra dishwasher liquid or laundry detergent from them directly. They are not around to assist on weekend! The building is new and room is spacious.

The apartment was brand new, with high ceilings and all the furniture was super new, clean, and very fresh. We loved everything inside. But we had a problem with check-in. We booked in the morning and arrived around 6 PM, but we hadn't received any check-in instructions. The reception is open a couple of hours a day. We ended up calling for 40 minutes, paying a deposit, and then couldn't get in. It was incredibly inconvenient.
