Horrible sound in walls, changed room. Next room started same noise around 11 at night when asleep. Turned out to be the refrigerator.
Bubbling / gurgling sound, very annoying. Breakfast was steamed biscuits and boiled gravy from a crockpot. No meat no eggs.
Watered down 2% milk. Continental breakfast might have been better. Will not go generic hotel again.

The stay was fine. I do prefer carpet floors but I knew what I was getting into. The one issue I had were the linens. They were nkt washed very well. The fitted sheet and the blanket on top of the comforter had small spots of old blood.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the size of our room. Everything was orderly and fairly comfortable. The hotel is older it seems and they have maintained it pretty well. The bed was okay. Not soft as we would like but that’s just our preference. They gave extra towels upon request and everyone was very friendly

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they didn’t make us check out and check back in to a new room when we had to extend our stay

Staff was very friendly but the rooms are terrible. The second you go into the room it smells like cigarettes and there were so many stains on the floor, food leftover in the cabinets, cockroaches everywhere, the outlets barely worked and the tablet was sticky.

The hotel is very clean. Fresh smell in the lobby and hallways. Front desk clerks are very polite and efficient. We found the room to be clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The property appears to be freshly painted and well maintained. The room, bathroom and closet were very small, but clean, quiet and a well stocked bathroom. For the price, location and cleanliness it is a good value.

Kind of a war zone around the property with construction, street is blocked off and have to drive through neighboring properties to access the hotel.
Room I had just had the bed and desk chair for seating. Interior bath door had finish removed at the bottom, exposing cardboard and floor near bath had black substances dried on them.

Facility upkeep has been neglected. There's a junky motorcycle & truck in the parking lot that have been there for a long time. Breakfast was the standard mediocre hotel stuff & the dining space was tiny. Linen was clean, so that's important. When we go back to the KC area, we will lodge elsewhere. I guess you get what you pay for.
