The property is not as advertised. The room was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty, the room was Smokey, and they even ran a machine after reported and it was still Smokey. The front doors did not work and we had to manually open them on slippery floors and almost fell multiple times.

Little tricky to get to the location due to some man hotels and little side streets near by. Good value for the room and property. Came for just a quick overnight stay. Very clean room, firm and comfortable bed. I came on a very cold night and I was able to adjust the thermostat to my liking and ask for heavier and warmer blankets from the front.
Did not partake in breakfast.

Didn’t have extra utensils to use. Refrigerator in room had loud, piercing sound. Sink leaked.
Several loud parties at night & people yelling in the hall at 4:30 am & staff did nothing about it.
Very loud highway noise. Bare bones facility.

First room toilet didn’t flush, outlets didn’t work nor the USB’s. No longer have alarm clocks, they think everyone has a smartphone. They do offer wake up calls but phone is in another room and if you’re deaf you can’t hear it. Breakfast? I’m diabetic so no sugar free anything. Other hotels at least have sugar free syrup.

Room was filthy. Floors were sticky, bathroom sink drain was clogged, hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. No cable box connected— luckily I packed a Roku. Electrical outlet covers were chipped. My college apartment was cleaner and better maintained. Room phone was unplugged. Hallway was dirty and littered with dust bunnies and trash.

We were in town for an event. The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the patio near the entrace, hotel lobby, and 2nd floor hall reaked of ****. There were "no smoking" signs everywhere but that rule clearly wasnt being enforced. Additionally the hotel needed maintenance. Our room had 2 holes in the wall. The floor was kind of dirty (it probably needed replacing). Our bed sheets had a few yellow stains. And my husband's feet felt slimy after showering in our room's bathroom. Overall, the delicious complimentary biscuits & gravy made our not-so-great experience a little better.

Everything was great except for the breakfast. The bacon was more like paper mache, and the french toast was overdone. The rest of the breakfast items were fine.

Could of been a tad bit cleaner, but overall was an okay stay!! Change up breakfast menu, Saturday and Sunday should have 2 different meals just my opinion!
