Reviews of Caesar Bay Resort

The resort is very clean, they offer a good variety in the daily menus, the staff is very friendly (some don't speak English). But, the entertainment is not very inclusive. They only offered beach entertainment for Italian guests and at night only a very quick kids' friendly show (not in English). They offer an Egyptian Night on Fridays, but for those who choose to do day/trips outside of resort (available only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays), you will miss it (we did). Also, the website advertise "kids club", but be aware that if you are not part of of the Italian travel agency, they will exclude your kids ("not available space" or "don't speak English")

The hotel is generally good, the food is good, the rooms are big and clean, the beach is beautiful (even though waves were frequent and the swimming prohibited for a couple of days of our stay), but Italian people have special treatment comparing to other guests. There are special towel cards for Italian guest, all animation is in Italian, they even have their own bracelets (orange) and all other guests have the blue ones. Also, an important part of the staff (even though it is polite) doesn’t speak good English and do not understand some basic questions.

We are currently in the hotel, the beach is as great as the Caribbean, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The only reason why I give a rating of 4 is because of the staff and animators, they only speak in Italian and all the programs are in Italian, as if we came to Italy. not Egypt, if that's the case, let them emphasize that the hotel is only for Italians. English is very poor, even Egyptian is not heard. You feel very lonely when there are evening programs, it's bad for non-Italian guests. I think it's not good if they think the guests come again.

the best vacation - pleasant hotel, everywhere clean, excellent food (mostly Italian cuisine), incredibly clean sea and white sand It is definitely worth visiting the spa at this hotel. The hotel is nicely architecturally composed. The climate is pleasant, no heat. We had no intestinal problems.

Went to this hotel for a week. Enjoyed the lovely beach, good food, friendly service, big room and nice pool. But a few things to keep in mind about this place: - the waves are big (bigger in the afternoon) so just be prepared for that - no under the sea life - as it’s by the Mediterranean - this is a party hotel! Every night there’s a big (and LOUD) party so you will most likely not have calm peaceful evenings (forget about going to bed early - parties usually last at least till midnight)

Food was delicious, super clean, good service & nice staff, the scenery is beautiful, best beach ever, we really loved our week stay & will definitely go back! Definitely to recommend you will not regret the experience!

It's my fourth time staying at caeser bay resort north coast since 2016 and it won't be the last inshallah, this place will always push you to come back every time you plan heading to sa7el , all the staff are very well trained always smiling and helpful .. they have 2 restaurants, main restaurant has open buffet with an excellent taste and varieties of food and the other one "Madera" on the beach ala Carte.. u can enjoy having soft drinks and some snacks during the day even if ur reservation is half board.. Rooms are huge and super clean, a good gym located on the pool so u can have an open view for the beach during workout time, indoor and outdoor pools , the beach is the real meaning of crystal clear water, u won't get enough of it .. this year I found a huge number of tourists from different countries Italy, Poland, cezch which is something I'm super glad about.. thanks to caesar bay resort team for this amazing week.. can't wait to come back again

So, yesterday (25.8), we came back home from the Resort. At first, after reading reviews here, we were scared. When we finally arrived into the Resort, we were, however, honestly surprised and delighted. If it was possible, we would have extended our stay, really. The rooms are spacious, perfectly clean and modern. The electricity works even though nobody is inside the room - therefore, the air conditioning may keep your room cool before you go to sleep. The bed was also huge, and incredibly comfortable. If I had such bed back home, I’d have been the happiest human in the world. The exteriors and even interiors of the resort are just amazing. The personnel is doing their job very well, as the gardens and the plants are maintained perfectly and in the interiors, you won’t find any dirt. I haven’t seen any garbage anywhere in the exteriors as well. The food... Whenever I came into the restaurant, I felt like I was in a fairy tale. A lot of chicken, beef, but especially a lot of seafood. Grilled crabs, shrimps practically every day, sushi, octopus salad and risotto, cooked/grilled fishes, even the local bread. I’ve never tried desserts - and I actually regret it, because they must have been great. All the food was tasty and probably the best I’ve eaten in a hotel so far. Also, the personnel was super attentive and despite being busy, they actually did jokes and behaved really nice. Special thanks to waiters Karim and Mohamed and cleaner Ahmed (with blue shirt) from the outside part of the restaurant. Talking about food, I should not forget the beverages. Special thanks to friendly Alsayed from the bar by the restaurant, creative and skilled Sheref from the pool bar and all the bartenders from the beach bar. The animation team... Well, the evening shows are mostly in Italian language. That makes sense as most of the visitors are from Italy. They are trying to implement English into the evening shows, so that other visitors have a chance to understand. During the day, I was asked to come and play for example volleyball by the animation team, but didn’t participate as I’m still recovering from a leg injury. There is also a Kids Club, but I didn’t try it out, haha. Now with the "cons", if I have to call it like that. I don’t think this was a problem for me, but it might be a problem for someone else. The drinking cups are pretty small (200-250 ml). I recommend bringing your own, larger cups. Also, the drinking menu is quite complex, as each bar offers something else. For example, at the beach bar, the only alcoholic beverage is beer. Special drinks are served normally at the pool bar, or by the restaurant. And then, there is the lobby bar, which isn’t part of the all inclusive. If it’s possible to simplify it a bit, I think people would have been happy. Also, the sea... I cannot blame the resort for this. The sea is really one of the best I’ve ever seen, it has wonderful colours and judging by the photos, it really looks as if it was

To start off this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They decided to advertise free wifi but once you get here your wifi is in “public” areas meaning your rooms will not have wifi. Explain to me how the beach has wifi but not my room? I shouldn’t need to go outside to be able to do work or use my phone. Second the gym closes way to early 8pm meaning you can’t enjoy dinner then go to the gym at night when most the gym is the most active. Now being an Arab country there should be shisha(hookah) in the hotel there isn’t any so you can’t enjoy a nice shisha on the beach. There isn’t much for kids expect a small kids club which is mainly for baby’s and some pools. This hotel only has to offer the beach and good food. Their are some water sports but once the sunsets you have no activitys to part take in. Paying the big price to stay at this resort I don’t think it’s worth it. There’s also nothing outside the resort you go out and see the desert sand. This resort is not meant for teens or young adults it’s meant for older audience who just want to sit and enjoy peace and quiet. The beach and water is beautiful but that’s all it has to offer. The hotel needs a lot of things done to it to really be considered a 4 star or 5 star hotel.

I don't usually write reviews, but Bravo Caesar Bay is definitely worth it. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and everything is well-organized. Unfortunately, the sea is often rough. What really makes the difference is the BRAVO experience, from the food, to the service, and especially the entertainment: energetic, always smiling, never intrusive. They organize more than ten activities every day, in addition to mini Olympics, the color party, beach games, tournaments... it's impossible to get bored. You can feel their commitment and passion in everything they do. Congratulations, you've left me with wonderful memories. Dario

The sea is beautiful, but almost always impassable due to rough seas. The beach is wide and perfect for pleasant walks. The chef was excellent at mealtimes, and the food was excellent and varied. Kudos to Chef Francesco and his staff! (I've never had breakfast like this before!) The entertainment was so-so, nothing special, but that's what Bravo offers. The waiters and staff were quite helpful, the rooms were clean, but they were insistent and demanding tips. I left a small tip from day one and have never looked back. There's a limit to everything, especially when they're explicitly knocking on your door. We also took a trip to Cairo, a four-hour bus ride (one way), but it was worth it; the guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
