During the months of July-September it is possible that you will experience hotter than usual temperatures or monsoon storms. Rainwater can enter the exterior Arizona room through the screens, this is completely normal. Please note that the pool can reach 100 degrees in the summer months. ★ AC UNIT: Please DO NOT put the AC unit lower than 68 degrees. If it is set to low, the coils can freeze up and damage the unit. When leaving the property, we ask that you put the AC unit back to 75 degrees. ★Please do not touch the pool equipment. If the equipment is tampered with, this will result in a $1000 nonrefundable fine. ★We do allow one pet. We charge a $75 pet fee. Please disclose if you are bringing a pet and read the house rules. ★TRASH- There are two exterior city trash cans located on the side of the garage.
