We encourage you to get travelers insurance. Please note: We have a weekly pool service that comes every Monday. This is to keep our pool clean and well maintained. They try to be quick and stay out of the way of our guests. There is also a landscaper that stops by 1-2 times month. He keeps the landscape looking beautiful for our guests to enjoy. *Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert. Some debris may call into the pool. If this happens, there is a pool net available for your use during your stay. There is ring doorbell with a camera. No checkouts on Christmas Day. We had a very pleasant stay at the house with the kids. The swimming pool was great. There were enough rooms for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely we will stay there next time.

A Perfect Stay in Mesa! We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Mesa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the living room was cozy for relaxing.The backyard was definitely a highlight – the pool was sparkling clean and perfect for cooling off in the Arizona heat. The location was super convenient, just a short drive to grocery stores. The hosts were friendly and responsive, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Mesa!

Great Place to Stay! This property is perfect for a family, plenty of space for sleeping, eating and enjoying! The backyard and amenities are phenomenal!! Angie is amazing - great communication and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
