The hotel was a good experience overall. Plenty of parking as well. Close to the mall and food. The shower and the mattress cover both had hair on them. The walls seemed thin as the kids upstairs were bouncing a ball and jumping and running down the halls but that wasn’t the hotels fault. (Bad parenting)

My stay was good, my only complaint is the noise. If your placed on the McDonald’s side it’s noisy! Other than that my stay was good!

Laura - front staff through out the whole stay was extremely unprofessional, rude, hostile and disrespectful to all guess including our soccer team that was in for a tournament.
Everyone else was friendly especially the young gentleman who would assist when she was being unprofessional with us all.

I was happily surprised by the cleanliness of the room. I tend to never sleep well at a hotel, but here I actually did! I could tell there were recent renovations. AC unit in the room was rather loud, however, it ran all night without going off and on so it acted like a white noise machine and drowned out any possible noise from outside. I never needed staff assistance. The person checking us in was fine, not rude at all, but not very warm and welcoming. There was a great, full breakfast provided in the lobby.

When i was off-site I called to get a clean set of towels, was told to find a housekeeper and tell her, or take my dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. Only given one one room key for two of us, said they were short on plastic keys and to check back the next day. Next day they still didnt have extra keys. Pool had black stains on the stairs and around pool, not sure if it was plaster needing repair or mold. Went to breakfast on the third day, office smelled very bad, luckily it wasn't from the eating area. Overall not a good experience. Will not stay here again..
