Holiday Inn Express & Suites PHOENIX - MESA WEST by IHG

Holiday inn is a great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Full breakfast not continental.  Staff went out of their way to help when my room fridge wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new mini fridge for my room.  I went for a visit to see my son and grandson and hotel staff welcomed my family.  I will return to Holiday Inn in Mesa Arizona again for sure. Thank you .

The service at this hotel is above and beyond 5 stars!! Mary, Stephanie, & Glenn are professional, kind, and very helpful!! They are awesome. I have extended my stay several times this trip and they are the best!! They were of great assistance!! If you are wondering if you should stay here, just book it, you wont regret it!! And, you might just extend your stay, too!!!

Room was super clean, comfortable and the beds were so soft and comfy. I really didnt want to get out of bed it was heaven. Everything worked just fine. The free breakfast was delicious and an added bonus. Staff so friendly too. Totally coming back next time I am in Arizona!

Our bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. And, that was the second room they put us in because the original room the door lock was broken. The pool and hot tub were dirty. There was only one elevator without any stairs, so lots of waiting to get up and down.

Absolutely no complaints about clean room, courteous staff, great breakfast food--additionally, staff were helpful in finding nearby stores we needed for purchasing specific items.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The only knock i can give this place was the pool. Pool furniture was dilapidated and the pool lifts were not operational.

Room security lock was missing, lacking amenities-day we checked out we had no body wash, noisy location, tight with parking.
