DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa

My Husband and I found this lovely place on trip.com. We just loved it. Lenique she is the nicest lady She made sure we were okay also offered us some cookies. She smiled from the time we got there until the day we left. We will be going back soon.

Room was a little dusty. Water level in toilet was way too high and the flush was so powerful you could see the overspray going everywhere. Tub was pretty slippery so thank god for the safety bar because I needed it! Cookies at check in (and whenever you ask for more usually) are a nice touch but our stay was 4 nights and we were gone most of the day every day and housekeeping didn’t come until day 3.

Staff was great. I tried the hot tub in the morning and the water was a little warm but not Hot. As well as the showers had warm but not hot.

Staff so rude… if they don’t wanna be nice, they shouldn’t be in hospitality. Every day we had to ask for towels or coffee they never cleaned our sink in the bathroom never left coffee or enough towels. There was mold in the shower. I was expecting a lot more because it was a Hilton.

Amazing service, clean hotel, extremely nice people. Handled issues with noisy neighbors very professionally, great breakfast, and beautiful atmosphere. 10/10 reccomend.

My room sprung a leak and the carpet was sopping wet. I then had to pack up again and go to a different room. The rooms need updating, the wood work in the bathrooms need to be redone and in both room, the lampshades were dirty and had been taped together.
