Great Stay, Most of the staff was Polite!!!!!

Excellent clean and everything is update as i want to see. Keep it up and stay update more will come .. we will come back for sure!. I like room color and decoration as the bedspread has flowers prints. Towels, washcloths plenty Except didn’t have deaf handicap equipments

My husband and I had d a great stay. Quite and safe. Never been at a Motel 6 where it was safe and quite. Clean room and very nice staff. We will be back when we go back in that town.

The camelback inn maintains a lot of its historical characters, we stayed here because there has been much raved reviews about the property. We were here for Easter weekend, so it was rather chaotic. The lobby for check in isn't grand by any mean. The property is very spread out, and you self park to be close to your casita. The casita we received has an obstructed view of the camelback mountain. And the back patio to seat out. The casita is good size, but the bathroom is disproportionally small compared to the rest of casita. And the floor was very dusty. House keeping takes away towel during cleaner but doesn't bring in clean ones, which I find it mind boggling. And the floor remain dusty after cleaning. The pool area is packed, and I meant packed with family & kids. It's impossible to find an available lounge chair. And they ran out of pool towels. The pool attendants were friendly, but there's not enough of them vs number of guests. The location of the property is convenient, short drive to downtown scottsdale. We ate out both nights as its impossible to get reservation for the Rita's on site. We had spa treatment the second day and spent our pool time there. The spa pool is quiet and serene. I think the spa is much much better run than the hotel. We had easter brunch at Lincoln's as Rita has no availability. There are only two spots with EV charging. So you kinda have to drive to the charging spot, walk back to your room. And walk back to the spot to move your car closer to your room after charging. Overall it was an ok, somewhat disappointed stay. The house keeping, the onsite restaurants availability and the crowded Jack Rabbit pool left a lot to be desire.

I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Thank you most sincerely.

Usually I don't write reviews, but this experience as Hilton Diamond Reward member almost left me sleeping in the car. I was moved from Doubletree Hilton hotel due to water issues, on night 1of3 of my stay. Since Doubletree was not successful to secure another Hilton hotel for me, I was advised and proceeded to call Hilton hot line and get the hotel through Customer service line. Over 40 min on the phone and I was put in to Hilton Phoenix Chandler. As I was advised by Doubletree Manager, my rate would stay the same as I was to pay $160 per night and would be awarded points for my inconvenience. Customer service has discussed over my personal phone details with Doubletree Manager, before I left. Points were awarded right for my inconvenience. Hilton Chandler had my reservation ready and I was able to get in to the room close to 10pm. In the morning I noticed that an email came in that all my awarded points were used for 1st night at Hilton Chandler and also my CC is to be charged an additional $130 on top. Stop by at front desk around 7AM next morning and explained all the situation as mentioned above. Was told that the manager would come in and check all and get back to me. Back in the hotel around 4:30PM and noticed a VM left on the room number (not my personal phone, but a room phone) Called back to manager that left me a VM and she called right back. Manager of Hilton Phoenix Chandler advised me that room charge is to be $220 and they will not be matching Doubletree as was promised to me by Doubletree and Hot Line CR that booked this hotel. I asked manager to call in to Doubletree so we can discuss further and was advised that she is leaving in about 15min and that the rate is to be at $220 per night for next 2 night (was to be $160 as was Doubletree original rate) At that time I tried unsuccessfully reaching out to Doubletree manager. I told Hilton manager that I will not be paying $220 as that is not right and was basically told to vacate the room. I packed up and left Hilton Phoenix Chandler Hotel, manager did not even come out or already left by around 5:15PM as I was leaving the hotel. No apology or any words from front desk just a simple BYE BYE. This manager more concerned about her leaving on time, then taking care of basic duties as following up on hotel issues. As a Hilton Diamond Reward member with travels on weekly bases and spending 3-4nights a week in different hotels throughout US, this experience definitely sticks out and deserves a Negative review. Manager never reached out back or any other apology was given and will definitely is being reported to Hilton Hot Line for an investigation in to this issue. The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

Our hotel stay was extremely pleasant! Clerk Ryan was the highlight of our trip. Hotel was clean, centrally located for all of our needs. The construction down the road was a bit of a buzzkill, but everything about our hotel stay was awesome. Highly recommend this property. We will be back and will absolutely stay here again.

Take you for a wonderful stay. Great place. Cindy in the lobby was awesome. Loved my double shot coffee every morning.
