Great location to stay outside of Venice. Easy to take a train to Venice as train station is within walking distance from hotel. If you drive, free parking behind the hotel. The hotel room is clean & comfortable, breakfast spread is quite decent & delicious. One of the popular hotel in Mestre.

Stay at Mestre is better than island if you carry big luggage, cause carry luggage in the Venice island is totally not convenient. Can take train to the Venice island is so convenient with 1.45 per way.

I stayed in many hotels in Mestre but Leonardo is surely best there. In all respects: location, service, fitness room and general positive vibe.

The hotel's proximity to the train station makes it incredibly convenient, especially for travelers arriving by train. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Free luggage storage after you check-out.

Room size is good with nice decoration, bathroom in a good size and nice too. A good deal to stay in. Just cross the road at the hotel entrance, turn a bit right then left to excess the short iron stairs in blue color reaching the bridge, the bus # 2, 7 & 7E is right on it. Just 1-2 mins walk and only about 4 stops ride about 10-15 mins to reach Venice bus terminal, will definitely stay there again if I come back! The downside is the breakfast has not much selection, but it’s ok with the price!

The experience was amazing. Loved the hotel view and closeness to train station allowing for an easy access for transport from Mestre to Santa Lucia Venezia. Are was very quiet as well.

Only have one bottle of water and don’t top up no matter how many days you stay.
I was given a wheelchair accessible room+connecting room facing the lift. Quite a shock I am so close to lift and the bathroom is weird.
If you carry lots of/heavy luggages you need to walk about 5-6mins from Venice mastre. Hard to buy thing as the nearby supermarket is not always open or might be expensive.
