Very comfortable bed and spacious apartment, very minimalist style but felt very relaxed and clean. Philepe was an excellent host and he even checked us in early which saved us lugging our suitcases around the town centre. Some nice restaurants within a stone’s throw

This stylish Little Hotel has only few rooms But all unique and clean white … bathroom is modern with nice shower … the Location is in the very Center of Mestre Next to Venice and you have all Restaurants and Culture and also john reed Gym around the corner… and best is the Price… i payed 60 Euro per Night for this beautyful experience… will be back!!!✨👌

Located not far from Mestre central in a little courtyard with terraces, restaurants and nice shops Not far from the center the location is really great - cozy yet central. The rooms are puristic and clean and serve well for a couple of nights stay. For longer stay I would choose different. The host is very friendly and helpful. I would come anytime again

Very welcoming and prepared host.
He provided us with every possible indication on how to get around Venice and recommended islands such as Burano and Murano, small but at the same time special and beautiful.

I booked a week with Filippo at first sight he seemed to me a person who knew how to manage his business, but the next day I immediately understood that he is a rude and incompetent person, he forgot twice to give me the card to enter the room although he kept it at the entrance to the reception, he is his colleague there were almost never there only 3/4 hours in the afternoon, but the thing that made me more upset is the presentation of the very small kitchen with only a pot and a malfunctioning camping stove that did not even reach the right temperature to cook a plate of pasta, practically in the room only the room is organized otherwise I repeat never seen a worse place to stay if you could I would not give even a star
