by far the worst establishment i’ve ever stayed in. our bungalow was a nice size, but was dirty, mouldy and overall disgusting. my bed frame was broken, and our electricity kept flickering on and off. the shower was a dreadful experience for all due to the fact that it was either freezing cold, or boiling hot. it is inexcusable for a hotel shower to be giving several people burns from the water temperature which couldn’t be controlled to a desired temperature. we also had ant infestations on two occasions in our room. these had barely been dealt with as we were left with hundreds of dead ants in our room afterwards. many people on our school trip were left practically starving as the food we were served here was basically inedible. some of the dishes were stale and undercooked which inevitably caused several people to be unwell. this hotel also had many many stairs. between our bungalow and the restaurant alone, we had to walk up and down 9 flights of steep stairs multiple times per day which caused many people pain and even injuries. staff were also rude to us on multiple occasions. the only good thing about bleu village was the view we had. other than that, everything else was horrid.

My son has just returned from Bleu Village with a school trip. He and many of the party said that the food was appalling. Uncooked chicken oozing blood, no variety or choice, he practically lived off bread and what he bought from the vending machine. The rooms were dirty and mouldy bathrooms too. They were sold a package with the pool but only to be informed a week before departure that the pool was closed. Very poor, would definitely not recommend this place.

I went in a trip to the Amalfi Coast as part of a larger group of students. We were provided breakfast and dinner by the accommodation. The food was good, what I would expect from a hotel/housing accommodation. The bungalows were very nice. They slept up to 6 people, although one room with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) was very small for adults/teenagers, but would be perfect for younger kids. Each bungalow has its own bathroom and kitchen which was nice. The air however in the bungalow was damp and made me feel dirty all the time. The views just outside the bungalow were stunning and it was a 20-30 minute bus ride to get to Sorrento. Overall the stay was nice and good if your on a budget

Great value for your money! We had a spacious villa with a table and chairs to sit outside overlooking Sorrento. The pools were great. Water slides to the busy pool and a second pool for adults only with great views as well. Ample on-site parking. Walk down to the beach is about 300 stairs so don't forget anything! Nice small beach with good snorkeling/swimming.

Bed, kitchen, floor and the curtains are dirty and also the walls and ceilings are moldy. The employees refuse to exchange the blanked or even to clean the room. I can’t recommend this place to anybody!

It's really not great! traveled here with friends and stayed for 4 nights was expecting basic rooms etc but didn't expect the number of stairs to go up to the bungalows, our bungalow was right at the top of the hill and from the bottom (where we had to go every morning for day trips!) there were at least 10 flights of stairs (not an exaggeration!) all brick and very steep. Also, the food here was terrible its not a buffet, and it's not even somewhere where u can order your food you have to wait there for them to bring something out and you never know what it is and they never tell you they just serve it on your plate and walk away. the drinks for full board are very very limited with just tap water in a jug and when abroad obviously you don't drink tap water so had to buy drinks at the pool bar (to be fair tho the slushes were extremely nice and very cheap costing 1 euro 50) due to us being put off the food we went out into the center of Sorrento each evening and had food at a restaurant can't remember the name but served amazing pizzas and pasta for only 8 euros each!! and it was 10x better than the hotel food so if ur planning on coming here pay less and go self-catering as there are many cheap restaurants to go to in the center of Sorrento and the rooms do come equipped with a fridge and a stove so you can also cook if you wish the bathrooms were dirty and had mold up the shower wall. The shower was very claustrophobic with two sliding covers coming in diagonally making you feel very claustrophobic we were allocated a one-bedroom bungalow for 6 of us which obviously means very little space and the top bunk of one of the beds was very unsturdy and bent every time u sat on it meaning we had to take it apart and convert into two single beds (did convert back to bunk beds after leaving) however positives are the breakfast which was very nice serving pastries, cake, cereal, coffee, juice, etc all the things you would need and want at a hotel breakfast abroad to sum it up really not a great hotel and many surrounding hotels better and around the same price and ACTUALLY 4 star which this hotel really is not!!!
