We have always felt at home @ all ITC properties . Especially, during this visit over 6/7th December weekend @ ITC grand Hotel & resort, we were made to feel so comfortable, so special. All the Hotel staffs from junior to the senior have been so curtious. Excellent food , great ambiance made us feel at home away from home. To name a few from the hotel crew Mr. Ankesh , Ms. Vidhi, Mr. Harshad and of course Ms. Ruchi with her aura. Before I conclude , all the chefs , Shashank , & Harsidak took time and came personally and served special dishes. Ever grateful for your hospitality Dr. Rajan & Ritu

The serene, tranquil atmosphere in the Aravalis is just brilliant...beyond any doubt. As we went there over an invitation party, we walked thru spacious, excellently well appointed layouts, decors and interiors thru out. Added to these, were the plethora of most delectable starters, food & confectionery items crafted by Chef Dipankar ❤️. The overall arrangement of the party and the ITC signature hospitality was another feather in his cap !

It was a wonderful stay i came for the shoot ITC Grand Bharat hotel And there was one chef from bakery -japsimar (pancake live counter) he was really courteous and very active with his work hotel was really pretty all over everything was on the platter 10/10
