Except for the fact that the hotel told us that we can only have 2 breakfasts per room (we booked 2 rooms with 3 breakfasts each), everything is ok. Customer service of trip.com corrected it right away.

The shower was cramped and awkward with the door hitting the bathroom door. The water pressure was incredibly weak in the shower, but too strong in the sink, making a mess. The only window in the room faced into the hotel hallways so people could see you. The sheer curtains were on the inside so the only way to close the full curtains was to open them up completely and expose yourself before being able to close them again. Parking required talking to the attendant and getting a new ticket each time, which was annoying and a waste of time. The bed linens didn't fully cover the comforters - I hope they get washed each time? No power outlet on one side of the bed. LED ***** lighting was falling down and made it too bright as it's not supposed to be seen directly.

We have Ambassador Elite Status from Marriott, and I must say we were treated truly like the Marriott Ambassadors. My wife and I received exceptional service from Gabriel, David, Aurora, Sergio, Elisa and many others in our 20 days stay. Gabriel even offered to cook the customized vegetarian Indian food for us, which we duly accepted. Needless to say that we have spent 300+ nights in Marriott across the world in last couple of years , but we were truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff of Courtyard Vallejo, Mexico City. I highly recommend Courtyard and Fairfield Inn, Vallejo.
