We stayed at this place because the info on the web and the photos looked nice. The rooms are basic, not well designed (for instance, they dont have electric plugs near the side tables, you also need to move the TV innorder to reach one side of the bed.). But we are “easy campers” and just went along with all this. But what really was unacceptable is the rude service provided by all the personnel. They were very rude, not helpful at all, and we witnessed how they treated another guest, with harsh words, almost hitting and pushing them out. Definitely not a good experience…. We were really afraid about staying there, about letting them do our rooms, etc…. We didn t move elsewhere because we would not receive a refund. There are many other hotels in this part of town, so I suggest you look around for another one.

Do NOT stay here if you plan on sleeping. Rooms built around a lift shaft which makes a terrible noise morning and night - went straight through the walls. I asked to change my room but receptionist told me nearly all the rooms were in the same position .

This place is pathetic No air in the rooms Reality is nothing like the photos Noise is horrendous with the elevator Noise is channeled through all floors .You can be on the fifth floor and hear a conversation on the first floor The bed creaks and we had to move mattress on to the floor The woman at the desk came and saw this dilemma and promised a refund. It simply didn’t happen so now I have the bank challenging the charge Sleep on the street before staying in this dump For those who know of Faulty towers. That particular shows hotel is 15 stars compared to this!

AVOID THIS HOTEL! *********** PICTURES ARE NOT TRUE TO WHAT THE ROOM IS IN REALITY! The room I was assigned (Junior Suite) had very poor ventilation, with only a small indoor window facing a lift. The lack of natural light made it extremely dark, and there was a noticeable moldy smell. Upon seeing the conditions, I decided to leave immediately without using the room and requested a refund. I even offered to pay for the first night and cancel the remaining seven, but the hotel refused and denied any refund. With their refusal, the booking platform was also unable to assist. I've stayed in many hotels in Condesa, but this room is by far the worst I've seen. There was a hole in the wall in the reception area - this hotel has very low maintenance! the street at the end of Condesa where the hotel is located was quite dark. You will not have a nice time in this room, it felt like a jail!

I made a reservation online and got automated confirmation. It said prepayment is required but after two weeks, they havent yet charged my credit card. I sent two requests for confirmation/clarification. No reply. So I sent a cancellation request and booked another hotel. Now I have to check my credit card daily to be sure they don't charge me.
