Room Quality: The hotel offers beautifully designed, spacious rooms with high-end finishes and modern amenities. Rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet, featuring blackout shades and contemporary design elements such as Brazilian marble and inset lighting.

Small boutique hotel. Very kind, friendly and attentive staff. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and views of the adjacent park. There are a few good restaurants adjacent to the building and within walking distance, but for more options, you will need to uber for more options for nightlife and restaurants in nearby Polanco, Juarez, Condesa or Roma. I would recommend for very short (72 hours or less) stays.

Check in was a weird process. Meet at place downstairs. Then taken upstairs and then made to wait for ages to get room key. Room itself is stunning. Can’t fault anything with the room itself big space and nice modern facilities. Very clean and tidy. Their biggest fault is their service. It’s BAD!!! . House cleaning. Of our 3 night stay. We received a turn down service on the first night and then no further turn downs after that. So 1 of 3 nights for turn down service. For proper full room service / clean (fresh towels / beds made etc) they missed one day completely. So we had no fresh towel or water. Had to call and ask for it in the evening when we got back after dinner. So in room service done 2 or 3 nights.. Ironing service. States in room this is free for 2 shirts daily and takes 24hours. We used it on day 1 and had to follow up on day 3 where the shirts were. Then were charged as a laundry service when it clearly stated they did two shirts daily for free if it’s just for ironing. There are no irons or ironing boards in the room so doing it yourself isn’t an option. Breakfast. We were told this starts at 7am. Fruits and choice if a cooked egg dish. Arrived at 7:20am and no breakfast was out or ready. Had to wait for them to bring food. Coffee service was very slow given there were only about 3 guests present. All waiting for food to arrive. Food finally arrives but then had to wait entire 5 minutes for the plates or cutlery. It’s just weird. Bar service. Emanuele on the bar in evenings was the ONLY saving grace from a service perspective. He was fantastic. makes wonderful drinks and chats and gives advice on areas and places to visit. He was brilliant!!! Check out. We had an 7:30am departure so went to check out. Told to go downstairs to check out. The downstairs area was all closed and no one there. Came back up and asked and had to wait for manager to come and open and then check us out. All seemed very rushed. Was not given copy of the receipt and told they would email it through by midday. Three days later still no receipt. Finally received it after messaging several times to find out where it was we were charged for the free laundry service and they are arguing the point on it without being able to provide any evidence at all. It’s a $15USD charge on a $3000 bill. Location is average but easy to get uber. Overall their staff need a LOT of training and their internal system are terrible. Would we stay again. Absolutely not. No. Very disappointed for the very high value. Definitely not value for money.
