Hotel Casa Cuenca

Good experience overall. Easy check in later at night. Very clean and spacious room, with storage and hooks. Large and clean bathroom, good shower. Breakfast was quick and efficient. Good location in Condesa.

The rooms were very clean and the man who checked us in was so helpful. The location was quiet and convenient to get around.

Room did not have a lot of circulation and had a musty smell to it. Also it was a bit loud when someone was occupying the room above us.

The hotel was furnished beautifully and the staff was very warm. My room was a larger suit on the ground floor. It had almost zero natural light and was very cold, the heating was insufficient so they gave me a space heater which worked. The location and the breakfast were excellent. I wish the room had a deadbolt

Room was clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Amenities are good. Breakfast was great, should add bacon or sausage with the egg.

Unfortunately the rooms stay damp after showers because of a lack of fan. Cool nights

The complimentary breakfast had limited options: wider choice available if ordering off the menu. Simple, but tasty, and excellent cappuccino.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, the location is awesome. The only thing was the anoying sounds in the morning from the water pipes and the neighbors.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, nicely designed hotel and great food at Maleza.
