A lot of mosquitoes in the room, super annoying, and there was no way to deal with them according to the service desk. Poor insulation, you can hear people walking, dragging their luggage, talking… Windows only open to the inside of the house, no direct sunlight. You will need to give them your ID for access of hair dryer every time… Inconvenient and feel not trusted. It’s a hotel, not a hostel, and it’s not like the hair dryer is a Dyson or something.

Terrible. I can't believe the people who left good reviews; they must be completely dishonest. There were no slippers, no kettle, no hairdryer. The room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, and the soundproofing was awful, making it very noisy. It's worse than a 100-RMB hotel in China.

Real roma norte is still a 15/20 min walk away. The room is pretty basic, no ac, but a ceiling fan kept me cool enough in October. No elevator, so if you have heavy bags, keep that in mind

It's clean and well-located. The metro is nearby, making it easy to get around. It's also convenient to access the North Bus Terminal, which is used for travel to outlying areas. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is the lack of a hairdryer.

Very well located, the staff very friendly, and the place very clean. Quiet neighborhood, with good food and many markets to explore. The only drawback was that the bathroom lacked hooks for towels, leaving everything a bit cluttered. On the other hand, the cushions were too big for my taste. Aside from that, highly recommended. 😁👍🏼
