Good location and kind staff but extremely noisy if you get the window on the main road: no matter which floor you stay, you hear sirens (police, ambulance, …) literally all night loudly

The location is great. Many cafes and restaurants to visit, or just to walk around and appreciate the architecture of the area. The rooftop bar looks awesome, and the gym is sufficient. Definitely a great option, especially considering that it has a little kitchen and fridge. The hotel also has a laundry/drying machine in certain floors. The check-in is a bit late (3pm); although they say if there is a room available, they will allow you to check-in earlier. Interestingly, I waited in the lobby for around 1 hour since I didn't have much to do. All people who arrive who were non-latino were given a room, all Hispanic people were asked to wait. Maybe was a coincidence? Also, be mindful that taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel since it is in front of an avenue.

Exceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
