Excellent stay! short walk to the cathedral, good breakfast, room is spacious with comfortable bed. Front desk is very helpful! The only negative part is our room doesn’t hav a window. Otherwise a perfect choice.

Great location, generous breakfast, CLEAN room and common areas! Security at front door was reassuring and Alejandro the concierge was a pleasure to meet.
Water in sink and shower was too slow to get warm…never got hot. 🥲

Excellent location a few blocks from the Zócalo. The room is not very big, but nice and has a large window (I don't think all rooms had a window like that). Breakfast included, simple but sufficient. Friendly staff. Highly recommended and at a good price.

The hotel is in the city center, very close to Constitution Square. The transportation is very convenient and the environment is good. The breakfast was rich and the service was attentive. The room is a large suite and very cost-effective, but the facilities are a bit old.

Overall it's OK, but it's a very old hotel. The breakfast is simple. There is a male waiter at the front desk who is very unfriendly. He is the man who started work at 7:00 pm on June 13th, Mexico City local time. I don't remember his name. His attitude is very bad. He is the kind that brings shame to Mexico City. I will complain about him here. The bellboy is very friendly and the service is also very good.

The hotel is relatively old and belongs to a group of historical buildings. But the hygiene is good, very clean, and the location is very good. The bad thing is that the window is a whole piece of glass and cannot be opened. It is no different from having no window. If you feel suffocated, please be careful when taking photos.
