The hotel is great, had a coffee area where you can work and set your computer, plugs, and couches around the lobby and the coffee area, they have aromatherapy in each floor and good beds. Close to downtown.

Would have been a great hotel if there wasn't a night club right by our window playing loud music all night making it impossible to sleep. The walls were also pretty thin, so the people who talk in the hallway seem to be talking right next to your bed.
We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast for only 250 p per person. The location is pretty central, right next to the subway.

It is located along the main Reforma avenue. I think the location is relatively safe. The exterior of the building has a slightly eccentric Day of the Dead illustration on the wall. The interior of the lobby has a stylish feel. Contrary to the eccentric illustration, all the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is old, but it is clean. No refrigerator or toothbrush. I didn't really understand how to use the security box.
Considering the safety of the location, I think this is a good value hotel.

Bad smell coming from outside and seeping into the room. I couldn't sleep because there's a bar across the street with loud music until 5am. The room is much less welcoming than it appears in the photos.

The room is big enough, but the facilities are a bit old and the air conditioner is like a blower. No bottled water was provided, and the water dispenser on the floor was still broken. The room window faces Reform Avenue and the view is very good. The breakfast is mainly Mexican food, which is quite rich.

The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉)
2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street...
And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for "private events" in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!
