Service was horrible. First day we arrived, there was no hot water in the entire building. Service staff at front desk were rude and very unprofessional. Avoid staying at this hotel.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

The hotel is safe and clean. The price is very competitive. Plus the free packing. Awesome.

If you are on a business trip, the Santa Fe area is relatively remote. Hotel environment and room OK For Asians, breakfast is average and we eat together at the hotel next door. The most speechless thing is that I stayed for two nights and the WiFi in the room was not connected on the second night. The solution given by the front desk was that I didn’t know when it would be fixed. I suggested that I go to the lobby of the hotel next door to use the Internet 🫠🙄😂

The after-sales service is very bad, ** style service, the check-out rule is free, but in the end no refund.
