My experience was very good. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were nice and everything worked properly. The location is great and easy to access. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Amazing quality hotel, well decorated. Complimentary valet as well. It’s a hotel for business stays not tourism. I stayed here on purpose though as world cup opening was happening & everything in the city was extortionate. Good bang for your buck if you have your own transport.

Location was great. The hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool. There’s a mall just below the hotel and have lots of options for food. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel was excellent overall; the room, lobby, restaurant, etc. The only drawback I had was the parking, which was very expensive, and since it wasn't hotel parking, there was no preferential treatment for hotel guests.

The hygiene was terrible; both rooms I changed to were uncleaned, and the breakfast was extremely unhygienic. The night shift receptionist was awful and had a terrible attitude.
