The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The shower facilities were a bit disappointing.

Located in the heart of Mexico City, in a very safe area, with police everywhere. The room was average, the size was decent, and the facilities were basic. Breakfast was poor; the staff made only a little something on the spot, with no choice, but that's understandable, since it's an apartment, not a hotel.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff providing breakfast were also very helpful and provided excellent service. The room door was supposed to have an automatic lock, but it wasn't working (it wouldn't lock). Also, the hairdryer wasn't provided on the first day, so I had to ask the staff to borrow one. Other than that, I thought the location and service were all excellent.

The space seemed well-furnished and promising at first but during my visit a large part of the building was being remodeled, leading to dust and noise early in the morning. The bathroom in my suite was not too well lit and the water in the shower never ran even close to hot, it was basically cold the first night. Emi, the person serving breakfast, was a standout, he was very cordial and helpful, and the food was delicious, though some kitchen amenities like the espresso machine were broken. Though the location is ideal for moving around and close to the Polanco area, I probably wouldn't return based on the inconveniences I experienced during my visit.

We booked into the suites on Tennyson street but, when we arrived, we got shuffled to another site a few blocks away. Bait and switch. Kind of a boutique hotel but it was like they weren't expecting us. Grumpy man working the front desk. Room had no towels, no toilet paper, no glasses, no drinking water, no phone, no safe, no working wifi. Sadly we were prepaid for four nights so we had to stay. Poor maid service every day.

The hotel is pleasant, with spacious, clean, and recently renovated rooms. At breakfast, the young woman serving was very friendly, and everything she prepared was delicious. It's a very comfortable place to work from home. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

The room I was assigned was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean, although a bit cold since there's no heating. Armando from reception quickly resolved the internet issue; he was very friendly and answered all my questions. These are the details that make you want to stay again. I hope they finish the renovations as soon as possible, as the noise and dust are very unpleasant.

I absolutely loved the place and would definitely return. They make you feel right at home, and the staff is fantastic; they're always there to help. I especially loved the terrace. And the cleaning staff, especially Claudia and Laura, really go the extra mile to keep the room spotless. Highly recommended!
