Por favor no se dejen engañar de la tarifa y mentiras de este hotel es ASQUEROSO Y ME ROBARON PRENDAS DE MI HABITACION , el servicio es malísimo y el gerente un menso llamado Gerardo me agredio y pq le reclamé por lo q se perdió de la habilitación me hecho del hotel ,, es insalubre aportaré fotos.

El hostal es bonito tiene su estilo, pero el personal es de lo PEOR, súper rudos, no tienen idea de servicio al cliente. Desde que llegué no me quisieron dar un dia extra aduciendo qué debo esperar hasta mi último día para ver si me dan otro, pornsi alguien mas reserva. Una estupidéz. Luego la habitación no estaba lista, la cama es vieja y suena pero todo lo podria pasar si la atención fuese mejor. No les cuesta nada contratar personal amable. Finalmente el ultimo día no hicieron la limpieza pese a que estaba reservado y avise que pagaría a la salida. En fin. Da mucha pena por que el lugar da para más pero el personal es de lo peor
