酒店一般沒有外窗，住進的話很壓抑，光線不好，酒店的位置好像不對，我這個定位發給司機司機導航是錯誤的，我又叫了外賣外賣又送不過來，他説我送到了目的地不對，結果搞得我很無語電梯很擠，房門很擠不舒服

Cons: No windows (the windows face the corridor—what?), very slow elevator (sometimes you wait for 10 minutes), only one elevator works, poor soundproofing—you can hear music from the terrace in the room, no slippers or bathrobe.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice to begin with and the room very beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar and restaurants are very nice too.

可太喜歡了，老城區老建築裏翻新成現代風的酒店。位置很好，離老城廣場步行五分鐘，離藝術宮那一片也很近。樓下不遠就是商業街，可以找到很棒的餐廳，也有小吃攤。
前台的員工們很親切，熱情提供訊息。衞生和服務都不錯。每天都打掃。
最重要，好喜歡市中心的老建築，翻新以後又很酷，室內裝修現代，也比較有安全感。樓道天蓬白天會打開變亮，炫酷華美的玻璃地板磚拖行李箱不太順滑，但無傷大雅。
唯一需要改進的，就是中央空調的功率制暖不夠，墨西哥城海拔高本來就比較涼。回到房間幾個小時都熱不起來。
