Overall it's not bad, but there is an old housekeeper who doesn't clean the room seriously. If you don't tell me, she won't change the bath towel. I have no choice but to soak it every day after using it.

Great location, nice lodging, "affordable". The hotel is situated around the WTC. All infrastructure services are vast: restaurants, banks, grocery stores, department stores, and boutiques in the area are very pleasant.

I loved it ! Área was safe. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I left my valuables out I completely forgot to put them in the safe and everything was there I came back, this means room service was trustworthy. I would definitely book here again. The hotel was in a safe area.

Nice surprise on this hotel, has everything you need. Clean, quiet and from a walking distance from the World Trade Center and Insurgentes Ave which has a lot of restaurant options. Very safe zone.

The hotel is great, it has a small kitchen, and you can walk to the WTC. There are many stores and restaurants close by, but it is not located on main streets, so it is very peaceful. The only thing I didn't like is that the parking garage is not free for guests. I ended up leaving my car on the street. You have to pay parameter and make sure not to forget to extend it, otherwise you will be fined.
