The person who greeted us was very friendly, however the property itself was underwhelming. The property wasn’t very clean. We booked a two night stay and we were traveling with kids. It just felt grimy and not cleaned thoroughly. The seats of the dining chairs had so many stains. The bathrooms were dirty and the water in one of the bathroom showers never got warm. It was steadily cold. If you want the space and don’t care about cleanliness, then this property may work for you. It is noisy, but it didn’t bother us as much as the overall cleanliness of the place. Would not stay here again.

I read numerous reviews which praised many aspects of the staff and facilities. I would agree with most of those positive reviews. I chose this hotel because I was as familiar with the area and it is extremely walkable. My only reservation was mainly because I didn’t read carefully enough about the services offered. Because I had stayed at a similar hotel less than two blocks away I assumed that both offered daily cleaning/maid services. I should not have made that assumption. This hotel only cleans once a week. If you are staying a week or less you have to do your own cleaning. Again I must stress that the hotel never offered daily cleaning I just made a mistaken assumption. Live and learn.

The only negative concern we had was that the entrance and halls were frequently cluttered with laundry.

Great stay with my 2 pups We really enjoyed our stay. Specially because we rented the condo with the private rooftop patio, that was a great choice. It had a greta view specially for sunset, so it was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Another thing we loved was that this was a pet friendly unit, and we travelled with 2 well-behaved medium size dogs. The location is ideal close to restaurants in Roma Norte and a bloc away from Condesa, where there is a huge park with 2 dog parks. The unit was clean and well kept, the bed was king size and comfortable with a walk in closet. The kitchen was small and had the essentials. We honestly only had coffee and some cold drinks in the fridge as we ate out every day. The plants in the rooftop needed a watering, so I gave them a little water while i was there. Hoping they make it to next rainfall. The decor and wallpapers are chic, and place does look like the pictures. They have a security guard 24 hours, and a small elevator . I would definitely stay back, Im considering a longer stay . Hopefully a month next time. Be aware there is no AC. However, there is a nice breeze in the evening. If you have allergies or bothered by CDMX air quality, that could be an issue. Weekends can be a bit noisy as you can hear the nearby clubs music , but nothing a pair of earplugs cant fix

Great quality for price The location and the facilities are great and they offer a great balance between convenience, size, and location. It’s very well connected to main transportation services and near to the Condesa and Roma areas, which are trendy and upcoming. The downsize is that communication is not great. Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready even though I was there at the time specified for check-in. In addition, you need to leave your official ID in order to get a key to the room, which I found excessive due to security and identity theft concerns. Otherwise you need to pay 500 pesos as a security deposit to get a key to the room. I believe this should be made clear in advance. Still with these downsides, I would recommend this place as they are really comfortable and well sized.

Great location in Roma Norte. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and neighborhoods. Fast response from staff. Priscila was a great hostess/manager. Would book again.
