Barceló Mexico Reforma

The room was clean, but the desk space was a bit small for two people. Breakfast was okay, but there was always a queue at the live cooking station for freshly prepared items, and getting an omelet took a long time.

The hotel's location is excellent, and both the room and bathroom are spacious. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The lobby staff are also very helpful!

I've stayed here several times now. The breakfast spread is quite good, and there are attractions nearby, making it feel relatively safe. The distance to the exhibition hall is also decent, about a 20-minute taxi ride. Some tour groups also stay at this hotel.

Great hotel location, everything tidy and quite clean. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor with great service and good food.

The front desk service was excellent, with staff being warm, attentive, and highly responsive to all requests. However, the in-room furnishings and facilities were surprisingly old and outdated, which didn't match the hotel's star rating at all. The surrounding area offers convenient amenities.

The room was spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was pretty good. Looking up from the lobby sofa area, the entire hotel is triangular-shaped and smells lovely. The hotel staff were also very attentive. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room was spacious and clean, conveniently located near a noodle shop, and the surrounding area felt safe. The breakfast was quite European, which I'm not really used to. They have a glass elevator, which looks fancy but might be a bit worrying for someone with a fear of heights. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

Great location and atmosphere! The front desk staff kindly gave me a quiet room on a high floor, which I really appreciated.

The hotel's location is good. It's a bit old overall, but within an acceptable range. The service was also pretty good.
