The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient.
The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough
I would stay here again for an early/late flight.
The house is located in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi or take a bus. The lobby on the first floor is very wide. The area of the house is also very large and it is very comfortable to live in. The front desk is a bit cumbersome and needs to wait for a while.
I can't give a positive rating because I had a problem. I made a mistake with the purchase and I wanted to contact them for support. I even went the day after the reservation to clarify, but they didn't help me. My complaint is about the very poor service from their receptionist, who kept me hanging on the phone the whole time. It's very unfortunate.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time the experience wasn't as good. While my family member was showering, the sliding glass door suddenly fell off and shattered. Luckily, no one was hurt, but it really scared them, and we didn't sleep well that night. On the bright side, the hotel's service was excellent; they immediately helped us switch to another room.
Go out from the wings door on the first floor, turn right, there is a small slope, you can see it when you go down. There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage up. For a short time that arrives at 23:00 in the evening and has a flight at 6:00 the next morning. Resting is not bad, just have a place to lie down. Large luggage can be stored at the front desk. There is a locker inside, where you can wash up and use the toilet. The waiter also asked me if it was my first time here and patiently answered any questions I had. Hygiene is relatively clean.
The hotel's atrium is massive and quite impressive. As an airport hotel primarily catering to business travelers and those on tight schedules, the decor is rather straightforward and functional. Consequently, the prices are a bit steep. The service, however, was excellent. A direct skybridge connects the hotel to Terminal 1 (International), making it incredibly convenient to walk straight over.
The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.
The hotel is newly renovated, very new and modern. Meals are available almost all day, which is very convenient. It's also very close to the airport with a shuttle bus service, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time.

LLisa 丽莎For travelers needing reliable and stress-free access to Mexico City International Airport (Benito Juárez), this hotel's prime location and included shuttle service are absolute game-changers.
Mexico City's infamous traffic can make getting to the airport a major headache, but knowing the shuttle will get you there efficiently eliminates that worry – easily the best feature of staying here.
While the room rate is a bit higher than some alternatives, it's undeniably worth it for the peace of mind and guaranteed airport transfer.
The rooms themselves are simple and functional – nothing fancy, but they serve their purpose perfectly for a pre- or post-flight stopover.
The included breakfast is a practical bonus, though managing expectations is key as it's basic fuel rather than a culinary delight. If catching a flight is your priority, the convenience and shuttle make this hotel a highly practical and recommended choice.
AAnonymous UserHotel location good, close to the international airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. 👍👍
However, you can't open the window in the room. That means there's never any fresh air, which is very noticeable >> a big minus 👎
AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and quiet, though the facilities were a bit dated.
It felt relatively safe.
The bed was very comfortable and incredibly soft. After a 10-hour flight, I immediately fell asleep.
KKuailebaimawangziBecause my flight arrived at the airport late, I found a nearby hotel to rest. There was nothing special about the hotel, and I didn't have breakfast. The room wasn't very big, so the price-performance ratio was pretty good.
