We were in Miami on vacation for the week. The property was clean and the property manager communicated well with me. We were within walking distance to the beach, dining and shopping. I would stay here again

Comfortable with great location
The management is great, they fixed all issues we had and answered all questions. The apartment had a good kitchen, with enough kitchenware and utensils to do simple cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There were beach chairs and towels available. The location is great, one block from the beach and next to a walgreens. Four blocks away is a great supermarket, a publix. The unit could do with a livingroom table. The water pressure in the shower is very low.

We had a lovely stay. The location is excellent, close to the beach and shops. The apartment itself was good for what we paid, and it had everything we needed. Overall, we were very satisfied, and communication with the host was excellent—they always responded to our questions

We booked a room with three beds, but when we got there the room was very small with a pull out couch and a king sized bed. I was unable to locate the proof that I booked 3 beds so I did not contact the property staff so that is on me. The property itself is average. The access to the beach was great! It’s very close and a short walk. It’s an older building where you can tell they have tried to update it. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
