Luxury building, in fun upbeat resident hotel/condo. 24 hour gym, Pool and gorgeous Sunsets. The property features an on-site spa (surcharge) and gym, a bayside pool, a hip indoor/outdoor lounge and a restaurant serving modern American fare. There's also a private marina. The Mondrian’s rooms are among my favorite hotel rooms in Miami. They feature a creative and luxurious pastiche of design themes: an accent wall in black and white brocade, an entertainment center with a TV framed by an over sized mirror, Japanese anime-style portraits, a wall of blue and white tiles depicting Floridian aquatic scenes, sculptural art pieces and slate grey slab floors. Rooms are spacious and feature beautiful bathrooms made of mosaic tile resembling the sea and sky. You have access to the entire room with the exception of a single owners Lock closet.
