Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation

The hotel is a complete scam! Charges you extra to use the pool area after already extortionate prices. It's like hunger games for securing a chair (have to pay extra on top to have a chair by the pool). The beach only allows chairs away from the sea (how can they charge to be near the sea). The staff don't have a clue what they are doing and act as if they are celebrities. The room didn't even have any water or coffee. Very poor service, poor experience and would not waste your money.

Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

Not kid friendly, Doesn't have microwave and no fridge to store baby milk. I want this place to be more kis friendly.

Shame on Management at the fountainblue. I booked a hotel stay for my birthday weekend . A 2 night stay and was only aloud to use the toilet one of the 2 nights. The toilet was broken. The toilet could not flush. My girlfriend and I had a stomach bug and had to run down to the public bathrooms to relieve ourselves. Mamagement didn't care to offer us another room but instead had 3 different technicians come up to our room to fix the toilet. As a female traveling alone without my bf I felt vulnerable. The guys that came up were nice and respectful but the thought of having three different guys in my room rubbed me the wrong way. When I voiced my concerns to management no one cared. I will be disputing this hotel change with my credit card company. I paid for 5 star service and didn't receive it. Im disgusted by fountainblue. Will never stay here again.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

Excellent service and location; Great hotel; Christmas time and very busy - long wait to get car at check out-
