The manager at the front desk was not very friendly. The breakfast was terrible, sweet corn cakes were soooo sweet and the cheese tasted weird. The King room looked at a carpark. The TV can't stream anything just local tv stations. The hotel suggested we travel with our own Rocu. Pretty funny in 2024.

I was not happy with my stay at the Hilton. I paid extra to have a balcony and originally wanted an ocean view. When I got Into the room I was looking at a parking lot which was under construction. We also were on the corner of the hall which there was a door going to different floor I assume and the every time the door opened it would squeak and would wake my wife up. The pool was ok. But Service was good. As for housekeeping, no one ever came to the room for clean up but 2 people did walk into our room twice. The first time We were laying down and We got up and left and told her we were leaving and she can clean and she said we had to tell front desk. So not sure why she walked into the room in the first place. Overall I was not satisfied and I would not stay here again.

Staying here for 3 nights is not bad but it could be better. I was in a room right next where the employees bring the trash there, which unfortunately not what anyone want to be next too. Plus my door have a pretty big gap at the bottom of it so there were alot of noises coming through. I never stayed at a hotel where there are gap or space at the bottom of the door. The first night was terrible due to a sound like a washing machine woke me up at 4am and lasted for about 45mins. I did addressed this matter with the front desk and they gave me a free breakfast which is fine. Over all it was a average hotel.

Good: Clean room, Fresh smell, large balcony, restaurant was limited in choices but food was good, bike rental was good.
Bad: REserved a premiere ocean front room but the view from the balcony was over the adjoining builiding rooftoop. Some hotels you can expect an actual view of the ocean when you reserve an ocean front room. At Hilton Cabana, you are really taking a chance at getting what you expect even though you are paying for what is truly an ocean front room.
The room was also verrry cold as well as the hallways.
Valet parking is 54 dollars per day total and the resort fee is 40 dollars a day total. This information will not be revealed when you check in.

Its hard to spot right away. When you pull up your forced into valet. Then charged 50.00 for the night. Staff was great. Rooms were average. Old and dirty. But the best part was the easy access to the beach. The beach was amazing. Nothing to do with the hotel but it was easy to get to the beach.

Overall we had a great experience but here is some feedback on a few things:
- It would be nice to have free coffee on the lobby.
- More than once the water dispensers were empty for a long ling time until they were refilled.
- The instructions for the bike app rental need to be updated:
- The correct app is Zybra not Zybra
- You should advise guests that once you download the app you need to claim the free coupon before you rent the bike. I did not and ended up paying for my rental and could not use the coupon.
