Eurostars Winter Haven Miami Beach

Location is the only positive. The room was in poor condition on arrival with multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues, no view, and a dark, depressing feel throughout. No upgrades offered. The front desk was dismissive and didn't seem to care throughout the stay. Well below a four-star standard at this price point, and not a property I'd return to or recommend.

A very convenient location, right behind the beach. Friendly concierge staff, smooth luggage storage service. However the room is a bit smelly, which should not happen in a four star hotel.

Very small, old room with very little amenities. The towels were so rough that it left my skin raw. My first night there was a bunch of screaming that kept me up. The only benefit is the beach is across the street. No toiletries offered except for toilet paper. For the proce, this is not worth it. The closet smelled and had a musty odor. The bed was small, no other seating nor desk area.

Nice hotel, great location. However, the elevator was broken…

Issues with staff, the plumbing, my pregnant wife almost fell down in their bizarrely slanted shower and had a miscarriage!!!

Excellent customer service. From David to Martha to the Manager Gabriela who went out of her way to give us that extra attention making sure that everything was in due form.

It’s was very cute and unique. Restroom countertop is very small and limited space but I loved it
