Hilton Vacation Club Crescent on South Beach Miami

very good hotel after renovation everything is new in the room, ideal location across the road to the beach, shops and restaurants

When me and my husband arrived at 1030, they told us that they did not have a room availabl which was kind of crazy. Because we booked our room in February. The lady at the front desk. Her name was Cassie. She was so sweet, she worked. It took her a minute, but she got us together. We ended up getting a nice room. Thank you, Cassie.

The staff were wonderful. The property was okay - but i guess buildings are older in South beach. The location was great. We got a corner window room that have the beach view, so it is pretty nice. Check in was a little tough, as the check in is in one of the three Hilton properties. While they are next to each other. Manager should post the check in address at the door, not at the coffee station inside the building - (if you have not checked in, you can't see that). For people that came to south beach and stay at Cresent for the first time, it can be a little worry some. I would stay at this property again, if i go to South Beach again.

Not well maintained and run down. It’s not worth the money to stay there. I’m somewhat surprised Hilton would associate their name and brand to this building.

Easy access to everything. Great location to beach.

Incredible location, good deal This hotel was a great deal for us as it is right on the art deco ocean drive area and next to the beach. Kids slept on sofa bed and we had the bedroom. Worked really well. Location unbeatable. Service very good!
