Its good because beach just at front of Hotel and staffs did respond as soon as guests requests but not so good amenities with that price

Noise level on the room floors were loud from 2:00-6:00am. There was a homeless person blasting music from a speaker and singing just outside the windows that have a balcony which started at 7:00am through 10:30. The whole room was moist and damp with condensation when we first entered the room because the AC was blasting in the room prior to us arriving and the raining humid conditions outside. This moisture saturated into the sheets, furnishings, and left the floors slippery.

They are doing construction around the hotel noisy and dirty we were told they had parking they do not slowest elevator took 5 minutes to go 3 floors no phone in the room or cups

We arrived at the broadmore on a Saturday night, the area around the hotel felt unsafe with many homeless around, there is only public parking.
The lobby is seemingly nice but very outdated and doesn’t look like the pictures, the staff at front desk were friendly enough. Elevators were nearly inoperable as they took SO LONG, we got into the economy room and it was so dirty, floors were gritty, light didn’t work, holes in the wall, musty odor throughout building, carpets were extremely filthy, hallways ominous and dimly lit like a horror film. We immediately decided we didn’t want to stay longer than 1 night.
******* helped us out but buyer beware this hotel is not what it seems despite the good deal, look elsewhere.

The price is sky high compare to what you get.
The rooms smell really bad and are not as shown i pictures.
We looked forward to spend time in/with the pool, but the pool area looks so bad compare to pics. And when we checked in we got transferred to another building (ocean surf) that not had pool. ( to use the pool we needed to walk in the streets approx 20 meter.
The air quality was bad.
Bathroom furniture was falling apart due to to much moisture.

The property looks worn down, and the bathroom in my room has a wall that started chipping off. It would be nice if they renovate and update some of their facilities because they have a marketable area. The staff were helpful and there is a nice Taqueria downstairs. Other than that I like the location because it was near the beach.

It says on expidia’s website that beach towels and chairs are included in the $18 daily fee, but they’re only included from Thursday to Sunday.
The bathtub wasn’t very clean, it had hairs in it, the bathroom floor not clean either, the bed only comes with bedsheets no blankets, you will have to ask for them at the front desk: I know it is a cheap hotel, but at least some blankets are expected without having to request them. There was a duvet in the closet, but it had lipstick stains on it.
But the location is great with the beach right in front and a lot of dining options

Reservation was at Broadmore, but when we arrived, we were directed to a hotel next door in much poorer condition than the we were led to believe from the pictures in the listing for the Broadmore. A basic bait and switch. The rooms we were given were in terrible condition, for example no blankets on the beds, elevator out of order. This hotel should not have a listing on *******.
