Based on my stays in various countries at similar price points and standards, this place is worth the price paid. While there aren’t many amenities and facilities, I appreciate the cleanliness and the private beach.

Great common areas, nice service and restaurant was pretty good, but the rooms are not nearly as nice as the rest. Very noisy (especially if you are facing the street), matresses were squeaky and bathroom is beyond small. If you are in South Beach to party it's a good place, but for R&R after many busy days traveling, this was not the right fit for us.

The air in our room was not working. Two maintenance men tried to fix it and couldn’t their fix was a rotating fan. It was hot and difficult to sleep. They said keep your shades drawn. We paid for an ocean view. It was our anniversary trip. So, this wasn’t great.
The location is amazing. And the front desk staff were very kind.
