Reviews of Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach

An excellent hotel to stay at but housekeeping need to up their game - our rooms (2) were well presented but were not cleaned fully before and during our stay - floor and surfaces were dusty and used glasses were not cleaned or replaced. Also, strangely we booked 2 King Size rooms yet one had 50% more floor area!!

When I got there, the lady at customer service was Rude. I did not get her name, but she almost ruined my night.

Great Beach club

The private beach was nice, but the breakfast was just okay, but the drinks were delicious. The service was also really good. The location was great, and it was perfect for spending time with the baby at the beach and pool. Oh, but there was construction going on right in front of the room, so it was really noisy. It's fine if you're out sightseeing during the day, but I had to stay in the room during the baby's nap time, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel needs to be renovated, great location

Terrible management. The listing stated a total deposit of $150 for 5 nights. On the day we arrived, they demanded $150 per day.

Well located, some employees were good and others so-so. Valet parking was very expensive, and they charge extra for a beach umbrella after you've already paid the resort fee…

Cost-effective and convenient. There are many things to eat and play nearby. The service attitude is also good. Overall, it's OK🉑 Recommended, recommended, recommended. The beach hotel is very large. You can go there in the morning and evening. It's pretty good. Hehehe

The hotel has its own beach, convenient location, food is available right outside, and it is a five-minute walk from Lincoln Pedestrian Street. The room is clean and tidy. You need to bring your own towels, bath towels, bath gel and shampoo. In addition, there are no kettles in the East Coast hotels.

Be careful if you come later, the room is old and small.
