Absolutely would not recommend this property if you are looking to book early and could potentially need to cancel. We booked this property on Airbnb about 6 months in advance with a partial payment and needed to cancel due to financial hardships some of the guests on the trip were experiencing. We tried to cancel over 30 days before the trip and although the cancellation policy on Airbnb said that we would get a partial refund and the policy on the website states full refunds as long as you cancel before 7 days, they refused to give us even a partial refund. Awful customer service with terribly confusing cancellation policies. Would not recommend book with this company on any platform.
