The Plymouth South Beach

The room is clean but the housekeeper did not take out my hair from the drainage in the bathroom for 3 nights until i checked out. One day i returned to the room at 2:30 pm but the room wasn’t yet cleaned. After asking to clean it, the housekeeper forgot take the clorox and left it in my room. I called the operator to take it back and asked someone to come to my room to turn off the fan. No one came after 40 mins so i had to call the operator again. The line wasn’t busy but it took a long time for someone to pick up the phone. Once picked up, i could only hear the loud music from the lobby even though it was still the daytime. There is only one trash can in the room and no facial tissue. They provide 6 coffee pods but only 4 are complimentary no matter how long you stay. There are many snacks and drinks in the room but they are not free including the water. This is an expensive hotel so I expected more.

I love the plymouth!! i’m a returning visitor and couldn’t recommend it enough. the location is wonderful, the staff is friendly and most importantly it’s clean!!!

Really nice hotel, staff were great, room was very nice and the location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, the beach etc.. the only complaint I'd have is it was impossible to get a sun lounger at the pool the 2 days we were there.

Great service, pool, dining, hotel, valet, all excellent.

not directly at the beach, but in close proximity. good service, nice rooms and bathrooms. good location for miami south beach, quite but close to restaurants and bars. late night parking was not possible.
