It wasn’t that bad after we had to get moved 2 TIMES.! The service wasn’t bad at all. The first time we had to get moves was because they had no water(room 308). The second time we had to get moves was because of termites and I have a photo.The people up front was amazing.

Awful. The worst part is the cleaners. They provide you with one towel each. No hand towel. No bath mat. One toilet roll every two days if you’re lucky. They don’t clean anything they make the bed, give u a towel, flick a cloth around the sink and leave it soaking wet in your room and go. The floor is absolutely filthy they don’t sweep or hoover it at all. Now the room itself. So basic beyond belief. All it has is a bed. No wardrobe, no mirror, no bin. There’s a tiny “bin” (a ceramic plant pot) in the bathroom but most days they change the bin liner and don’t bother putting a new one in. Also don’t bother bringing your own appliances like a hairdryer etc if you’re staying here as they limit the power so it won’t work. The aircon unit is so old it’s like a radiator blowing out air. When the tiny fridge kicks in the lights dim as it seems the hotel can’t afford their electric bill. When you flush the toilet the new water is boiling hot and when you shower the pressure drops every time someone else in the hotel turns the tap on. Blinds are absolutely useless let all the sunlight in you may aswell leave them open. The hotel’s entrance is difficult to find at first aswell as there’s no sign looks like you’re entering a shop. The front desk is an office desk with a small computer. The pool is filthy never saw anyone use it and I wouldn’t either. No bar nothing here. I wouldn’t waste your money. The location is okay for the shops but honestly go elsewhere!
