The hotel is the nastiness I’ve ever been, plus they got water bugs. You can’t get your money back the only thing you can do is change room but the hold hotel is nasty. The pool is the size of a bathtub. They don’t give you clean towels daily or clean your room. The management need to change, they should never charge you hotel fee with water in your bed because that’s what I woke up too. Please don’t ever go to the hotel you will regret coming to Miami like I do.

I’m not sure what the room cleaning policy but my room as never cleaned and had to ask everyday for new towels etc.. I love the hotel location and ambiance and staff but the fact that they never even came to clean my room after requesting it was a bit frustrating.

Very small rooms. Pictures online do not match what the room looked like. Check in was around the corner of where the rooms are. Have to carry suitcases up the stairs. No phone in the room. Carpets were dirty and smelly.

The room was clean and comfortable for a small hotel.
Unfortunately, there is no parking lot.
I was directed to a municipal parking lot, but the parking fee was high.
There was also the option of a hotel with a parking lot.
