Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!

On January 8, I was sleeping in the room and hotel staff entered it at 9:00 a.m. when I had to check out at 12:00, being a very unpleasant experience. In addition, when I went to complain to the reception, the person replied that the staff had "followed the protocols". Finally, when they gave me the account, I had used only one day of Valet Parking and they were charging me for 7 days of Valet Parking, so check the account carefully because if you can, they take advantage of the guests. This hotel was really nice and the staff were excellent. Pool area was amazing. The room was clean ...although they had a fridge in the room and it did not work would be my biggest complaint as there was lots of leftovers that ended up being thrown away. We had a very late flight and got in around 2am. Shout out to the lady who was working nights at the desk ... I've never had such a pleasant experience with night staff :) overall would definitely stay there again !

The 730am, 20 minute long emptying of the 25 dumpsters was least to be desired EVERY SINGLE MORNING of our stay. It was impossible to sleep through as it sounded like a construction site right outside our window. Also, extremely awkward to walk right through the middle of a restaurant to get to the elevator to get to our room, unfortunately it was the only path to get there. Wouldn’t recommend staying with friends as there is no privacy in the bathrooms, no proper doors to close the bathroom and the shower you can be seen right through the glass when entering the room. Hot if you are with your spouse but not for your family or friends. Everyone was friendly, room was clean.
