The location was far from the city center, but it was clean and the service facilities were good

Rooms are not clean as we expected and the hotel says no smoking but the lobby is smoked in and people are smoking in lobby during breakfast Shower water is dripping on toilet side and it was getting soggy But rest all ok

Room was nice and clean , showers were good and hot . Good breakfast and comfortable beds! Only downside is the fridge located in the room that we had did not have an icemaker. Also, i wish i pool had a heated option. There was some construction going on but the guys were courteous and quiet.

Absolutely everything was great. Fantastic breakfast, excellent room, quiet area. This will be my Miami go-to.

Half the outlets in our room didn’t work, and the ones that did, a certain light switch had to be turned on but the light had to be on too. No over night charging and no working outlets next to the bed. Also, breakfast was meh. All the other reviews said it was great. It was seriously meh. Ended up just eating a bagel every morning.

Great stay. I hope the cleaning was better. Floors got sticky after a few days and was not cleaned properly.

There was no surprises. I initially got a room, which was not prepped fully. On informing the front desk, they were happy to change us to a different room. Staff is good and does whatever they could to help. Breakfast is good, I can't rate it the highest. overall, I am happy with my stay.
