Miami Lakefront Mansion - Unforgettable-30 Guests

House is generally very nice with pool area and gave room being great! However it is l Located on narrow river canal and major freeway, not a lakeside retreat as listed. Kitchen was inadequately stocked for house that sleeps 24. Limited towels, no oven pans etc. response from host was delayed and dismissive when concerns arose such as no propane in tank. Garbage was overflowing at curb with bugs when we arrived and bit picked up until last night if our stay. Customer service lacking for rental of this caliber.

Highly Recommend! We had a large group and this was perfect! SO many things to do for all ages. Very clean, plenty of parking, and had most of the amenities we were looking for. Also takes care of almost everything at checkout instead of sending a list of 30 things to do which was great. These are minor things but I always like to give feedback to get just a little better: Add a box fan for each room (they do get warm with doors closed), hot pads, cookie sheet, hooks for towels, mixing bowls, measuring cups, note pad/pencils, small dish soap, and fix the coffee maker (filter size wrong). These things would never stop me from staying again but wanted to offer some suggestions. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful vacation in Miami! Wonderful place to spend a great time with family and friends!! I recommend it without any hesitation.

One of the Best Stays The property was very clean and new. Easily accessible and is with in a very safe community. All age group will enjoy the stay. Tons of activities with in the property for kids and adults. Nani was very responsive and was providing information in a very responsive manner. Will prefer staying here again.
