Blue Little Havana

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

We just had the most wonderful stay at Blue Little Havana, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped into a bright, breezy beach house — even though we were right in the vibrant center of Miami. The location is perfect. You’re just steps away from iconic Calle Ocho, where the energy, music, and Cuban culture come alive every day. Amazing restaurants are literally all around the neighborhood — we walked to some of the best Cuban food, cafés, and bakeries we’ve ever had, without needing the car most of the time. Whether you want authentic colada in the morning or a local dinner with live music at night, everything is right there.
