The location was generally okay! Unfortunately, there were several construction sites around the hotel, which meant it was very noisy from Monday to Saturday!!!! (There was noise from circular saws, concrete demolition, and other things – forget about relaxing by the pool!!).
On top of that, there was a building next door with huge generators that hummed 24 hours a day. I live in Vienna next to a main road – so I'm used to noise, but this was on a whole different level... Don't expect any service – we needed toilet paper once, and it took three visits to the "reception" before we finally got ONE roll 🤣🤣 There weren't any towels for the pool or the gym either!!!
... In addition, we had to pay a €160 destination fee upon arrival (this wasn't mentioned in the hotel description!!). Although the hotel's facilities were adequate, I unfortunately cannot recommend it (the price-performance ratio is terrible – it's completely overpriced for what's offered!!!). The receptionists were glued to their phones when you arrived and completely ignored you! Not even a friendly greeting....
If you still want to book a room, I strongly advise against booking one with a pool view!! See photos.
